Revenge of the Twitter Questionnaire Meme – Part 1

May 25, 2018

Greetings, Citizens of the Universe!

If you were following me on Twitter in January, then you might’ve come across this tweet:

I guess you can call this my retort to this:

What can I do? 😉 Do!

Oh, you may be wondering why there’s a “Part 1.” Well, due to illness and stress screwing with me for a portion of the month, I couldn’t confidently provide 30 answers (including the 6 I made months ago) in a decent amount of time before the date. Since I was closer to 15 than 30, I decided to split the post into two parts. (Besides, it’d be a long read to begin with and the other “updated questionnaire” post is hella lengthy anyway.)

M3 Project Announcement: 20 Years of Fun

January 9, 2018

Greetings, Citizens of the Universe!

As I was planning for 2018, it occurred that despite H!P hitting a landmark year, not much is done. Plus, a couple of tournaments I had intended to start in 2017 (during Momusu’s 20th anniversary year) were left on the backburner.

This’ll be handled here and now.

Anniversary Status Updates Galore

November 23, 2016

Greetings, Citizens of the Universe!

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? It’s also been a very long month. I probably don’t have to tell you why my mojo’s been all over the place the past few weeks.

Notice About M3’s 10th Anniversary: Comic Relief

October 28, 2016

Greetings, Citizens of the Universe!

This is a follow-up to the anniversary post on Sunday. I had intended to have this announcement be beefier, but I was selected to work on a special comic project that divided my attention for a good portion of the month. The rest of the month was spent balancing out the other things (which is one reason said post seems a tad scant compared to the other anniversary posts).

At the very least, I can come clean (to some extent) about the other project I’ve been talking about on and off long before then.

Preparations for the Summertime Boogie-Woogie

May 6, 2015

Summertime, let the love birds fly tonight
Summertime, can you feel it deep inside?
Summertime, come along and sing this song
Let’s celebrate a party all night long

If you’re reading this, then we’re halfway through spring. This only means one thing: summer is coming. It’s a time for relaxing and who would dare think about blogging at a time like this? (This is especially since I’m a prolific blogger as it is and I almost burned myself out at least twice last year.)

Well, there is a slight tradition here that melds my two main worlds (art and blogging) together. I tried this for the most last year with… results, but I hope for better days. (You have to be hopeful if you’re going to be an idol fan, even if being in the H!P fandom will turn you into the world’s biggest cynic.)

So here’s what’s going on:

Blog Notice: 12/2014

December 23, 2014

Greetings to all of the Magical Meteorites, Earthlings, and other citizens of the universe.

Time for something a little more serious.

I really don’t like to put this front and center, but in addition to my artistic pursuits, I’ve also been looking for work. For the past few weeks, I’ve been busting brain cells over how to follow Serenyty’s advice and incorporate the blog into my job search efforts. (I almost credited the wrong person as she too incorporated it into her career building. Barely helps that save for a “few” letters, their names are similar.)

Why did I get on the bandwagon? Well, allow me to get the painfully honest answer out of the way: Read the rest of this entry »

Six months later…

November 26, 2014

Greetings, Magical Meteorites and other Earthlings who happened to drop by!

So the moment of truth had finally come. The challenge I gave myself in May was to still be blogging in six months. Well, obviously from this post, I still am. Hello.
